This Tony Award-nominated musical comedy was a smash hit on Broadway, running for over 500 performances. Written by Douglas Carter Beane with original music composers Jeff Lynne and John Farrar, it brings to life the beloved hit score from the Universal Pictures movie Xanadu, complete with beautiful musical additions, a hilarious heart-warming script, and of course, leg warmers and roller skates!
Director Greg Sallee and Choreographer Cara Marshall invite you to come along for some light-hearted, family-friendly fun and a beautiful throwback to the 1980's that will have you singing along for months. Our goal is to have a blast with the entire Colorado Springs theater community, so come and be part of this summer celebration!
Just Like That! will hold open auditions at a location To Be Announced soon, on February 18 from 6-9pm, and on February 22 from 3-6pm. All adult ages are welcome, including teens 13 and up with parent permission and involvement. Appointments are appreciated at the link above, but please don't let that stop you - we love walk-ins, so if you have a last-minute burst of courage, come on down and we'll fit you in!
Callbacks will be February 23 by invitation. Casting will be announced the following week, and first read will be the afternoon of March 8. We will have an intensive rehearsal schedule by call through April and May, which will include skate training and some fun cast events, so please be prepared to devote a major effort to the show.

* Please be prepared with comfortable clothing and shows for an impromptu dance audition
* (Optional) a brief demo of your roller skating skills, if you have them
